Additional Information

All booking requests are recommended at least 60 days in advance, with additional lead time strongly advised for peak travel weeks, as this resort is in very high demand. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the resort. Blackout dates apply, and holidays or peak travel periods may require a surcharge. Each 2-bedroom villa has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests, and this limit must be strictly observed for all stays. A valid credit card and government-issued identification will be required at check-in; a deposit may be placed for incidentals. Ground transportation is not included unless otherwise stated. Local, destination, and transfer fees are not included and are the responsibility of the guest. The State of Hawaii imposes a mandatory transient tax, payable directly to the resort at check-in. No timeshare presentation is required. All packages purchased at a fundraiser are non-refundable. In the rare case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control—such as force majeure, property damage, or change of ownership—resulting in the property being unavailable, Charity Booster will provide a stay and experience of equal value and quality. Changes or cancellations made at least 61 days before check-in will incur a $300 USD change fee; any changes or cancellations made within 60 days of check-in will not be permitted. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations within 60 days, no-shows, or unused portions of the stay.
