Additional Information

All booking requests should be made at least 60 days in advance, with further lead time recommended for peak travel weeks, as this resort is in high demand. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the resort, and blackout dates may apply. Holidays or peak travel periods may require a surcharge. A valid passport, credit card, and identification are required at check-in, and a deposit may be placed for incidentals. Ground transportation is not included unless otherwise specified, and local, destination, and transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest. The recipient is responsible for an $8 daily resort fee and the Mexico hospitality tax. This is an adults-only resort; guests must be 18 years or older. Group travel, defined as booking more than one room for the same dates, is strictly prohibited. Any reservations made under the assumption of group travel will be deemed null and void, with penalties potentially applied. No timeshare presentation is required, and all packages purchased at a fundraiser are non-refundable. In rare circumstances, such as force majeure, property damage, or change of ownership, where the property is unavailable, Charity Booster will provide an equal value stay and experience. Changes or cancellations made at least 61 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will incur a $300 USD change fee, while any changes or cancellations made within 60 days of check-in will incur a $400 USD fee. No changes or cancellations will be allowed within 30 days of check-in, and no credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations within 60 days, no-shows, or unused portions of the stay.
