Blackout Dates 

Subject to availability and travel year-round with the exception of Semana Santa, Christmas, and New Year holiday weeks. Additional blackout dates may apply. 

 

Package Redemption 

Charity Booster experiences must be booked within one year of the purchase date, and the travel must be completed within 18 months of the purchase date. 

Charity Booster provides experienced travel professionals to assist with redeeming your experience. Our booking team will coordinate travel details and make reservations for every component of your package. 

We can also assist with additional arrangements such as extra hotel nights, room upgrades, transportation, and accommodation for additional guests. 

 

Additional Information 

• Reservations are subject to availability, blackout dates, and major holidays. Booking requests should be made a minimum of 60 days in advance and earlier for peak travel periods. 

• A valid passport is required for international travel. 

• Maximum occupancy is two adults and two children under 12 years old. 

• Limit of one certificate per household within a 12-month period. 

• All adult guests must be at least 25 years of age. 

• Ground transportation is not included unless otherwise stated. 

• Resorts are members-only properties. Guests may be invited to attend a presentation upon check-in, however attendance is completely optional and not required. 

• Local taxes, destination fees, transfer fees, and any mandatory surcharges are not included and remain the responsibility of the guest.  

• Upgrades are available at the time of booking for an additional cost. 

• Reservations canceled more than 36 days prior to arrival may be rescheduled for a rebooking fee. Cancellations made 16–35 days prior to arrival are subject to a higher rebooking fee. Optional reservation protection may be purchased at the time of booking to reduce applicable rebooking fees. Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable and subject to forfeiture of the reservation and all funds paid.
