For our winners

Taking the World Health Organization’s recommendations regarding travel into consideration, we understand that travel restrictions related to COVID-19 will impact travel for our winners. To address this, Charity Booster will work with winners to ensure their packages can be utilized once it is safe to travel again.

Winners who have existing travel reservations in the upcoming months will have the ability to cancel their reservation and reschedule at a later date. In some cases, winners can reschedule their travel beyond their package’s original expiration date. Please contact the Reservation Team directly by phone on the number listed in your reservation confirmation email to modify an existing reservation.

Charity Booster will also extend package deadlines for winners whose unused packages have an upcoming expiration date in the next few months. We recognize that the COVID-19 crisis is dynamic and ever-changing. If necessary, we will revisit potential package extensions for winners whose packages expire in 2021.
